Has anyone had any issues with third party delivery services?

I am curious if anyone else has had issues with the third party delivery companies for restaurants through square? in the last week two of our orders were picked up by the drivers but not delivered to the customers. one was a $50 order and another was a $70 order. not only does this make very angry customers, it is bad PR for my business. it is also incredibly hard to get all the delivery and tip money refunded to the customer from Doordash.

i had two orders that were supposed to be picked up by Postmates, driver had showed two+ hours late.  the two customers were quit upset and I had to dump the food.  lost near $200.  Square said sorry nothing we can do
