58mm sticky paper from 80mm

Hello,

 I am using the Star TSP650II sticky label printer. I have always used the 80mm labels but they are so wide and bulky on the cups. I was thrilled to find the 58mm listed on your site as compatible so I ordered. They came in but it will not print correctly. Half the information is cut off. Can you please tell me if there is an option to set the printer for the 58mm sticky paper labels.

Hey @javasprings! I just came across your issue this morning.  I actually posted the same question/concern over here on this thread:
