correcting accidental charge

How do I correct an accidental charge (wrong amount entered) without being charged a processing fee

Hi Patchesquilting,

I believe you would have to do a refund for either the full amount or partial amount.  Once a transaction is processed, you cannot edit or change it.  As outlined here.  When you refund a payment, your customer is refunded for their full payment amount, but the processing fees for the payment are not refunded.
