Square Team App schedules

Hi, some of my employees are not seeing their schedules displayed on the team app even though they are logged into their active Square team app accounts? I've tried having them uinstall/reinstall. Tried having them "allow location services? Not sure what I'm missing.

@Paul2611 I was having some minor glitches with the team app as well the last couple days, but I haven't had anyone not be able to see their schedule. Can they see the other employees schedules? In the app when you are in the schedule section in the top right corner there are like 3 lines, if you press that a drop down menu will appear of viewing preferences. Maybe try that?
