Hello,
I have the Square Stand (2nd gen) and an iPad without cellular. I'm trying to use the Square POS app and I receive the request to Enable Location Services: "Square requires your location. Location services must be enabled to process payments. Square requires your location to protect our buyers and sellers." When I click the button to Enable location services, I am brought to the iPad settings for the Square POS app, but there is no option for location. Bluetooth, microphone, etc is all enabled. I am connected to Wi-Fi.
I used this same set up several months ago without any issues, so I'm not sure why this is happening now... Thoughts?

I use 2 Square Stands without Cellular data and connect to my account through my Wifi. Now do not ask me where this is in settings but somewhere in the Ipad is a setting to enable Location. You can turn this on or off or enabe disable this, which is most likely why you are getting this error. What I think is happening is you Enable this for Square but it is not enabled for the Ipad or vice versa.
Here is what I found using a Google Search:

Make Sure App and OS is up to date on your Device.

@Candlestore Thanks so much, you were exactly right. I did not have location enabled for the iPad under the Privacy & Security settings. Thank you!
