Restaurant POS keeps crashing after payment
Tonight, all night, after pretty much every transaction paid on a Connected Terminal, the Restaurants POS keeps crashing. I can’t find a pattern to why, when or where. I did sent two support ledgers, so hopefully that helps. I’ll send a couple of others if I can.
Thankfully, I can sign back in and do another transaction. So, I’m not dead in the water, but as you can imagine it is highly frustrating! Ha.

Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.

I reached out to the Square for Restaurants Team and they believe this is related to a known issue that has since been resolved. If you haven't already, please check the app store on your device to see if the update for 6.24 is available. Once you have updated to this version, please let me know if the problem persists.
