Log-in for salesperson

One of my sellers will be using the phone swiper out in the field. She will have the log-in for the account, but I don't want her to need the text message code to connect. The code gets texted to me as I'm the account owner. Option 2: Remember the Device for 90 Days

 

If your salesperson will be using the same device consistently, you can select "Remember this device for 90 days" during the login process. This bypasses the need for the text message code, making it more convenient for them to use.

 

 

Both approaches work, but Option 1 gives you better control and flexibility. If you have more team members joining in the future or need detailed reporting, having separate logins will definitely come in handy!

You could as was stated setup the team permissions and also setup a device Code.  Then instead of logging in with a user id and password they would enter the same code that was setup for the device code.   Here is more how to setup Device codes :

 8339-set-up-device-codes

 

So instead of using the Code that is sent to your device that you need to forward to your employee, just tell them to login and type this Device Code, which does not change unless you change it I believe.
