If you don't have a checking account setup with Square, then you will not be able to deposit a check.  You would need to either set up the account with Square checking, or deposit it into another checking account if you business has a secondary checking.

Do you have a checking account from another bank? We have a business account with Wells Fargo, when we get a check we just do a mobile deposit.
