I can't send an invoice from my POS stand

Hello,

    I am currently setting up my POS stand and trying to get things up and running. I have been playing with different features that I might be able to use in my shop and I'm having an issue with the invoice feature. I'm logged into my square account and when I tried to send an invoice it says "Activate Your Square Account". I'm not sure what this means since I am already logged into my square account. I ran an actual credit card sale yesterday and it showed up in my bank this morning so I know my account is connected and I am logged in.

  Also, another question with invoices is can I log into my Square account and send an invoice and also have it show up on the register to pay it? I don't know how much they work back and forth with each other.

Have you tried sending an invoice through the online dashboard to see if it works from there?, do you have the lastest version of Square POS installed? Maybe try logging out and logging back in on the POS?

 

I'm not sure about taking an invoice payment on the POS, we always email ours and the customer pays online.
