I need help to get connected my square reader to my samsung galaxy s20 +5G for its chip what i have to do ?

Hi Younusd,

Seems we have to assume a few things as we don't have all the details - per your post your device is rated compatible with both Square Readers for contactless and chip (1st and 2nd generation).   Also your OS should be Android 7.0+ and you're trying to connect via Bluetooth.  (If not we need more information.)   Please understand that the volunteer Community Members are not the same as Tech or Customer Support so you may need to follow-up with Tech Support.  Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps here?

And can you connect your smart device to other devices via Bluetooth?   If yes to the those questions and you're still having issues, then you may want to contact Tech Support for additional assistance.
