Hi @WATANMZN, thanks for posting on the Seller Community.
The EIN isn't enough to create a Square account, and we do require a valid SSN upon onboarding.
In addition, you don't need to be a US citizen to open a Square account in the US, as long as you're a permanent resident with a US residential address. Unfortunately, since you're currently based in UAE, you won't be able to open an account with us.

Hello @WATANMZN ,
As a non-US citizen, you may need to provide an ITIN instead of an SSN for verification with Square. Contact Square Support to clarify ownership details and request alternate verification options.

Thank you for the answer.
still no need to provide ITIN because I have EIN and also I own 100% my business not like what it is shown
in the square APP option 50/50 or 25/75.
Square must provide solution for people who own US business license and EIN, because in the end we must have
a USD bank account and we are tax company payer.
if in case I open a square in my location UAE - Dubai it will be rejected and it provides its currency.
very complicated
