The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Item Notes Issue
I have noticed that when I choose an Item, continue to checkout, and leave a note in the NOTES field, the receipt sent to the customer does not show the entire notes field. Only a small portion is available, and there is no way for the customer to read the entire notes that I left.
For example:
My notes:
Thank you for your business, we hope you enjoyed your stay at the Greenville cabin! We look forward to serving you again in the future! Have a great day
The Notes field on the receipt:
Thank you for your business, we hope you enjoyed your.....
It cuts off the notes field with no way to read them.
Any suggestion on how to fix this? Thank You!

Yeah, that notes section has always been a little odd. For quite some time those notes wouldn't even print on receipts sooooo..... progress??
If your note doesn't change from what you typed here, I'd recommend looking into the custom section on your receipt screen. That is guaranteed to print in its entirety.
Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Payments -> Receipts. Scroll down to the Custom Text section.
