Bug report: Tax lookup tool (list of sales taxes) only shows 5

Due to an unusual treatment of taxes on clothing in MA I need to have many sales taxes.  The tax lookup tool only shows 5 of them with no indicator that there are more.  This is a bug.

If there's a better way to report bugs please lmk
