"Sold Out" is now "Out of Stock"

Hello:

I noticed that you recently changed "Sold Out" to "Out of Stock."  Wondering if it is possible to get back to Sold Out?  Many of our items are one-of-a-kind pieces of artwork, and we would like to keep them up on the site.  Sold Out worked better for us, as it is a better word choice for original items.

the item out of inventory notification should be selectable by category. 

for example we regularly create event items when they are gone they should show “sold out”. 

our retail physical inventory items when they go to zero they should be tagged as “out of stock”
