connecting weebly and square.

I set up my weebly site. It lead me to setting up a square account. Now, I'm struggling to connect the two sites. 

I can place an order and view the order as a transaction but its not showing the income from the order in the balance. We can see the money leaving our personal accounts but no money is going onto our square card. 

I also noticed that under the section for synced sites with square, it is listing a blank website I may have accidentally set up and now I can't delete it. 

Any advice?

It sounds like there may have been some confusion when setting Weebly up with Square. Our Support Team will be able to dive into this with you and sort everything out in real time.
