Thailand - Domain Transferred but not yet publish

I have transferred my domain from Godaddy to Weebly but not yet published since October 6th, 2024.  Can you please help to provide me about the processes in details for solving my problem in Thailand.

I have paid for weebly performance site 2 years. But now I am not sure that Square & Weebly can be used in Thailand or not.
