Shopify And Square Integration
Hello, I want to use Shopify as my website and use Square to process my payments. I can't seem to find a way to integrate both of them together.
I'm opening a CBD Business and after tons of research, came to the conclusion that Square was the more affordable option to process my payments.
If anyone has any suggestions or anything please let me know I would really appreciate it!

Hi @PedroP1. Square and Shopify are competitors in the payment processing arena. As such, there are no native ways to integrate them nor will there ever be. Having said that, you can do web searches for tricks and such that other people have used to make the two work together. They involve having another app between the two that communicates with each of them. Of course, that other app is going to cost you per transaction, so any cost benefits will be wiped out. Also, since you said you are using CBD, doing that without going 100% with one or the other platform will no doubt violate their very strict terms and conditions surrounding CBD sales. I would not recommend doing that at all. You’re better off picking a platform (Square or Shopify), going through their CBD approval and certification process, and then staying within that ecosystem. Doing anything else could expose you and your business to sanctions, loss of card processing privileges and even legal trouble.

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
