(Known Issue 5/9/24) Square Online Disruption

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "availability not showing up ?"

 

Looks like the online channel is gone, that's where I normally edit my items to turn on or off on my website, now that's it gone, all that's left is item library, and I don't see an option to mark its available or unavailable anymore. How do I do this, and why would this feature be removed?

I'm sorry to hear that you've run this issue. We are currently experiencing a disruption which is impacting access to the Square Online, Square Appointments booking sites, and Payment links. While this issue is active, you won't be able to access your Square Online Store dashboard to edit the availability of your items on your website, unfortunately 😞 Our engineers are actively investigating this.

You can keep up to date with the progress of this issue, here, on our Status Page. Additionally, if you'd like to be notified of this issue's progress until resolution, you can opt in to receiving Outage Notifications, here, on your Square Dashboard.
