Is there a way to set default choice on item option sets?

Is there a way to set default choice on item option sets?  I can pick the default option on modifiers but do not see any place where I can choose which option I want as a default for option sets.

What you're asking about would be a Feature Request for the Item Library. I would be happy to send this over to our Product Team, so they can get some eye on it.

What is the process for requesting to add these same display choices for modifier sets when a modifier has a maximum of one selection chosen? (See photo below)

You're correct! Adding these options to modifier sets would fall under a Feature Request too. 

There is nothing to do on your end. I will go ahead and tag for the Product Team on my end.
