Customers are calling that they are not able to place order so I went and checked and saw that my website is a mess. Menu navigation, product descriptions, checkout.. basically everything are "missing/ hidden" (font color same as background) and banner layout isnt showing. Switching design layout doesnt fix it. Checked some website on "show off your website" thread and found that some sites are having this issue as well.

If you could please clear cache and confirm that everything looks good now I would appreciate it.

@meros I just turned mine back on after having it off for a festival weekend. And I’m noticing issues as well. There were issues yesterday and it’s looking like those might have cropped up again. For faster service, you might want to call the Square Customer Success Team and get a problem report opened. I will do the same.

@meros I just got done with customer success team. At their suggestion, I cleared my browser cache and everything is working properly for me now. Still, I was able to recreate your problem on at least two different devices which means it is odd that it is happening that much. For now, you can probably clear your browser cache and fix it for you. Square is looking into it from their side since I believe it is more than just a cache issue. Good luck!

this issue is NOT resolved. my store page is also experiencing issues redirecting to improper pages with wrong layouts. Worked fine, then a client reported an issue and I've been unable to get my page to work properly. Pretty abysmal reply rates from the admins, also. Anyone know how to get an issue escalated to an actual tech?

We are having this same issue today 10-27. Website was working fine yesterday and now we can't order any items. How do we get this fixed? I'll try the Customer Success Team but I know how that is going to go. Website is Thebankmilbanksd

my problem was that some of the links that were auto-generated stopped working internally. i had to manually change the links to certain pages to the right link, even though it worked previously.

Hi @Kcir 👋 That sounds frustrating! Is this the same issue that you had a couple weeks ago? I see a post of yours that mentions the home page was not redirecting properly?
I have not heard of this happening to any other users myself, but I can try to see if the support team had any other reports. If it happens again, please feel free to @ tag me so I can see the broken link in action.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your ordering page! Is this error still occurring? I was able to add an item to the cart, and proceed to checkout page, though I don't know if the error is happening after the card is validated and you click "Place Order".
