Are you online only? Do you have enough ad budget in order to pay the heavy price for conversion? I'd highly recommend looking at setting up at local farmers markets, local events, etc before paying for influencers and social media ads.

In the event you still choose to go forward with influencers reaching out to each one independently is usually the only way, IMO it's usually more effective if you're established or have a following already. Paying for conversion/traction gets really expensive really quickly if you're completely new.

Maybe I'm old school but I'd be cautious of paying influencers as there are a lot of them out there and there are no guarantees that it will result in conversions.
