I am adding products to my online store but they are not showing up on my website. They are visible and under 2 categories (Parent "bracelets" and the subcategory of the collection) Everything looks right but the listings are not on the website as many times as i refresh, nothing. Had issues with this last week and spent 2 hours chatting for them to tell me that it was a problem on their end and they put in a fix and should update within a few hours. It did, but i am having the same issue once again.

We did have a service disruption during the week which would have caused what you described, which has now been resolved. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I'm having the same problem. None of the items that I added this morning are showing up in the online store. They were briefly there for a few minutes, and then disappeared. In addition, some random (old) items that have been deleted are now showing up on the website, and it looks ridiculous... especially when you click on them and get a 404 page not found error. So frustrating. Square, please HELP!

I'm having the same problem with new items not showing up on my website for sale. I have checked the details for the items and can find no reason for this. Some of the newly created items do show up on my website, and some don't. I'm paying too much for Square to be having these kinds of issues. I did not have any such problems when I was using Weebly to create items. This is extremely frustrating.

Having the same issue. Can someone please answer, this is ridiculous. I've spent hours taking photos, uploading, making sure everything is inputted only for the items to be gone from the site.

3 months later and the problem was finally fixed! Be patient and keep calling. After 3 calls (all with different troubleshooting), they finally found a bug!

Having the same issue. I have 26 "visible" items when I filter by site "visible" in the item dashboard but my website is only showing 24. Some that I re-add by toggling the channel button showed up which is how I got to 24, but there are a couple of stubborn ones that won't show no matter what I edit. This is so frustrating. It's also an absolute pain that I can't just add items to my website through an outside toggle and have to click in to every item. I'm ready to move my online business elsewhere.

It is so frustrating, and not getting any help from tech support. I get promises of a fix coming soon, and of reply emails, but nothing actually happens. Do you have any suggestions of other platforms to use? I'm ready to abandon Square as well.

I am also experiencing this issue today. Added new listings with photos, made sure everything was set to Visible, and none of the new listings are showing up on the published site.

I have been having this problem since Tuesday. Last time I did an edit to my website was 10/14 and had no problems at all. Items are in my item library but when I go to edit my website and click add featured items they are not there to select!
