In order for this integration to appear, you will need to be subscribed to Square for Retail. After you are subscribed, then the Google Free Product Listings option should be available through your Dashboard. I am manually loading items to Google Free Listings also but doing so under Merchant Center. Actually, it is somewhat confusing. It seems as though Google overrides my Square Plus listings sometimes. Does anyone understand the connection between Google & Square? I need to know where the problem is occurring and how to fix it.

In order for this integration to appear, you will need to be subscribed to Square for Retail. After you are subscribed, then the Google Free Product Listings option should be available through your Dashboard. We went through that support article, opened multiple tickets with both Square/Weebly and Google, and tried every suggestion from support and online forums that we could find, but we never got it to work. After spending weeks on trying to resolve this issue, we decided to move our store to Shopify. We were able to get our Google product listings working on day one. SO much easier! We really wanted Square Online to work, but we could only spend so much time troubleshooting.

Maybe you can chime in on my same issue in another thread. The square/weebly backend is broken and needs fixed. No one seems to be able to help and it’s just pathetic. Calls, tickets, community posts and all we get are the same “here’s how to set it up” solutions. Square is great if you want to manually put your products in google but your automation just doesn’t work. I’m open to suggestions and listening if you’re interested in helping.
