Fulfillment method randomly changes

We set up items manually as doing so via scanning them in causes all kinds of issues with incorrect names and terrible pictures overriding pictures we've already chosen.  However, we've just noticed that even when we set up items the same way at the same time, once they go live they often have different fulfillment options or none at all.

Has anyone had a similar experience and is there a way to make sure it stops happening?

We also just discovered hundreds of items that have had local delivery randomly turned off.

I would add that in our item preferences we default every item to local delivery, online sales, and store pick up so I have no idea why it is happening.

Hi @besus, thanks for flagging this.

I just want to ensure I understand the issue here.

When you create an item, you set its fulfillment method but then when you publish your live site, the item has a different fulfillment method available.

Do you create items from the Item Library or Square Online overview?

If you could confirm that and also the specific fulfillment you are inputting and then seeing added incorrectly, I can try to replicate this on my end.

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hi @Breffni ,

We created items through the item library and, by default, have local delivery, online sales, and store pick up all checked.  When they populate online their "local delivery" is not checked.
