The custom donation feature isn't working on our donation item. There are numerous posts with this issue that doesn't seem to be resolved.
Please advise.

For payment links to function as intended, you'll need to enable either Pickup or Delivery settings in your Square Online Dashboard.
Can you check if you have those set up here? If after doing so the link is still not working, please let me know.

Unfortunately it's impossible to figure out what's wrong with the code as there's no way to view the actual script - Square's Editor generates the code and what you get is a Link - so you don't actually see the full script. Best you can do is delete the item and generate a new one. Please understand that the volunteer community members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, there is a lot of hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware. If deleting the original and generating a new link fails then contacting Support would be your next option as they have the ability to look at your settings and some other things behind the scenes - that's something we cannot do. (Note, there wasn't any system issues reported here.)
