Best way to set up a quick payment for sports photography (like venmo) for Parents

What is the best way to set up a payment system for Sports Photography so parents can make a quick payment for their kids order form and still send the order form with the kid for pictures. We need the form when we take the pictures, so I want to take the hassle out of the parents having to select menu items to do online ordering. Like Venmo, but through Square I'm hoping. I'd like to put a QR code on the order form for parents and it will go to our website. I already know how to do these two things, but I'd like to use Square.

You could use Cash App pay and use the QR code it generates for this!

Check out Jotform - you can create any type of form and use Square to process the transaction.   It's probably impossible to suggest the best way but, there are options.
