Weebly - Sale Price section of item blank but item showing as On Sale

Hi all,

I recently discounted some items in weebly by filling in the Sale price with a lower $ amount. After a few days I went back & removed the $ amount from the Sale price section however even though it's blank the item is still showing as 'On Sale' in Weebly Item list as well as on my website.

Even if I change the regular price and save the listing it still shows as on sale. 

How do I remove this?

There's a section in your Online Dashboard that allows you to turn off the 'On Sale' indicator on your website. Try turning it off, and back on to remove the sale tag on your items. Here's how:

1. In your Square Online Dashboard, go to Items > Item Preferences.

2. Under Item Statuses, turn the blue toggle next to Sale Indicator off > Save. 

Now, refresh your website, and the items will no longer be be on sale. After you've done this, you can turn the Sale indicator back on so that any items you put on sale in the future will be highlighted to your customers.

Thanks Arie! I’m just on chat with support now investigating. I’ll mention this to them as well. 

The problem now is that in Weebly the items are still showing as on sale despite the badge being now off and the sale price blank. If I turn the badge back on they will just show as on sale again.
