Square Online Store: My Instagram feed doesn't show up after I Publish?
Hello there,
Have set up the website and the Instagram feed was showing up after I hit publish and then it just suddenly no longer appears when I go to view my website? I go into the editor mode and I see that the Instagram feed is still there and visible and pointing to the correct website addresses. I can see it in the previews for both desktop and mobile. Not sure what I did! Hope someone can help me figure this out!
Thank you

Hey @k10guy-
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community!
Just to be clear, you're referring to the integration between your Square Online Store and your instagram business account?
If so, please ensure you've taken a look at this document for any troubleshooting or questions about set up. Let me know if this issue continues.

Hello Isabelle,
Thank you for this!
Currently I like using the Square website as a landing page and then directing people to my Etsy shop. Was hoping to show the Instagram feed on there as a way to show off some work and maybe gain a couple more looks or perhaps followers.
The reason I’m doing it this way is because I’m thinking it would be better for now anyways to not have to purchase the expensive monthly/yearly security and Sitelock fees through my hosting company and even the packages offered by Square are a bit pricey for me at this time. I like that the Square landing page is responsive and I’m not really excited by coding a responsive website from scratch.
I am thinking maybe I could create a landing page without having to use Square at all...if only because maybe there will be less “THIS SITE IS NOT SECURE, YOU WILL BE HACKED AND HAVE YOUR INFO STOLEN” so those type of message indicators...which granted are important to make people aware.
I like that Square offers a free package to build a landing page, I do wish it didn’t have the insecure info since I’m not selling anything or asking for any customer info on the landing page through Square.

Hey @k10guy-
Thanks so much for your reply and for that feedback. Are you using the Square Online Store?
The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for our newly launched Square Online Store (powered by Weebly) should be automatically enabled when the site is published, meaning it should be a secure link.
