Randomly adding shipping to in person events
Is anyone else having issues where you create an event to sell tickets through your website. You have all the shipping fullfillments set to $0.00 and yet I'd say for every 3rd or 4th customer they'll get dinged with a $25 shipping fee.
Yes I've contacted Customer service many times over this, also provided with screen shots. The answer is always the same, I need to set up my shipping profile... Which I have and it is set to $0.00. Why would I need to add shipping to an in person event?
I'm incredibly frustrated, as I've lost a few customers over this and honestly just feel gaslit at this point.

What are you using to create the item? Because if its set to digital or event I do not believe it should have shipping, but if it is set up as an item it would charge shipping.
Also you can set the fulfillment type for items which could also bypass shipping fees. Can you post the screenshots here of item configurations, and shipping screens perhaps a url I can view an item on?
