Missing / late transfers

I keep having “missing” or late transfer deposits. 

I message the support line regarding the problem and voila, it appears an hour or so later! Yet they keep telling me it’s a bank issue. 

does anyone else have this problem ? 
I’m thinking of switching providers.

Chat support, I contacted square this morning. The transfer was due yesterday.

Currently dealing with this for the first time. I was supposed to receive two transfers yesterday from transactions that happened over the weekend and as of this morning they still haven't shown up. I contacted my bank and there is zero record of the payments passing through their system. Currently chatting with Square Support to resolve it. I can see them in my transfer history, and I received emails that Square sent them but they still haven't shown up in my account. Was this the same for you?

Exact same! Support keeps saying that it shows processed on their end but the bank has no record of it.

Ugh so frustrating. I got told I have to wait a couple more days for it to show up before they can do anything. But I'm hoping it goes they way yours did and shows up later today

I still haven’t gotten mine! Typically they show up after I ask about it 🙄 but not today. Someone else posted that there’s disruptions. Not sure why they couldn’t tell us that instead of blaming the bank!

Okay I'm so glad I checked here because this is what I'm currently going through as well.  Should have been in my account yesterday and still hasn't shown up - Called the bank and they have no record at the moment of either transfer and there are no issues on their end so it's definitely a Square issue... >:/

Same thing happened to me as well. Missing one transfer from a few days ago. Sent a transfer yesterday and recieved it. Missing one. The bank said wait. Square support said they need documentation that payment wasn't received.

Square just posted that they're having a 'transfer disruption' that's causing some sellers to not receive transfers since Jan 3rd. Hopefully they get it resolved quickly

I had been given the run around today by square. telling me nothing on their end and then I come here and voila!! Transfer service disruption!! I'm waiting on 4 days worth of transfers!!

Same here, just got 3 of my 4 missing transfers. It was frustrating Square only blames the banks while it was obviously their own problem. When I was chatting with a square associate, the person sent me to square USA site quoting square is working properly, meanwhile Canadian site has the transfer disruption note. How ridiculous!

I can confirm that due to a disruption with our banking partner, some Canadian sellers might have not received their transfers since January 3rd. A fix has been implemented as of yesterday, and some sellers should now see their transfers reflected in their bank accounts. Our engineering team continues to work with our banking partner and is monitoring the situation closely. We'll post any updates on issquareup.com.

Thanks for confirming. Finally received all my transfers this morning. I wish all 3 of the Square associates gave me this answer yesterday so I didn’t have to call my bank 3 times to confirm. We pay over $5k in service fees alone annually. This is definitely not the service we expected to receive.

Sorry to hear about your experience @SOPhair. I understand your frustration and I've passed your comment to the relevant team so we may investigate this internally.

Update: this disruption is now resolved. Our banking partner confirmed that all delayed transfers have been sent and sellers who have been affected should see the funds in their bank accounts shortly.

This happened to me earlier today. I did a transaction hours ago and it reads processed. Read payment confirmed too and it’s not showing in my balance activity. Everywhere I look it shows normal processing but nothing reflects on my balance tab. By reading your post I fear that I’ll receive the same answer from Square CS. I rely on every transaction to process seamlessly without flaw and this has made a major issue on my business.
