Hi there,
I have two questions about my Square website which I'm struggling with.
First, when I click the Get Directions link on my site, it takes me to a blank Google Maps page where I then have to manually search for the location of the store. Is there any way to automatically populate the destination field with the address of my store to make this more streamlined? See below:
Second, my public email address won't show up in our Location and Hours section no matter what I do. The email address is in my Business Profile.

For the Get Directions link, please try the following steps:
- Open your Square Online site editor.
- Click on the Location and Hours section.
- In the editing panel on the left-hand side, youโll see Location > Select Location. It's currently set to Select location.
- Change this by selecting Iโll enter this information myself and manually enter your store's address.
- Publish your site.
- Check if the Get Directions link now populates with your address in Google Maps.
I've noticed that when I enter the address into Google Maps, the format of the street address and ZIP code changes, so Iโm wondering whether this an issue with the address format on Googleโs end. Please let me know if following the steps above resolves the issue for you.
Regarding your email address not appearing, although it's listed in your Location details page, it doesnโt appear to be listed on your Store Information page:
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Online > Settings > General > Store Information.
- Click Edit and add your email address if it's missing.
- Publish your website again.
Let me know if the email address appears after these changes.

I think it was the "#" sign in the unit that was causing an issue with Google. Both of these work now, thanks so much!
