I have a card reader and I am trying to add a facility on facebook to take sales inc postage. The process seems to take me to setting up a web page which I dont have.

@GeoffG There's unfortunately not a way to start afresh, but you can manually remove everything you've done to date - hopefully this wouldn't take too long, but if you're having trouble removing anything let me know and I can try and help!

Or support could always guide you through a few steps over the phone if it's easier. They've just closed for today, but are otherwise available via 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time (AEDT).

Hey @GeoffG,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community 👋

You'll need to actually set up a Square Online website if you're looking to sell via Facebook. Square Online websites are able to connect with Facebook, however, this integration doesn't exist between other areas of Square and Facebook. So you'll need to build out a simple website, even if it's just to link it to Facebook. Though a bonus upside may be that you get new customers via your website as well!

Thanks Seamus,

I think I started to do that but aborted it because I thought I just needed to build a link between my FB page and Square. I probably have a half done mess associated with my Square log in now. Will it still be there so I can start afresh?  It only needs to be simple because I just have the one product.
