How can I set up two different shipping rates for delivery to the same country?

Hi

I want to set up a free shipping rate for prize winners but square will only allow me to have one shipping rate to anywhere in Australia which I already have a flat rate set up for regular orders.

Any advice?

Hi @Craig_BBD! Thanks for your question. 

Instead of creating a separate shipping profile for this, it’s recommended to create a Free Delivery Voucher with Square Marketing that you can share with prize winners instead. This will ensure that only the prize winners receive free shipping, as you will provide this voucher code to them directly.

To get started, sign in to your Square Dashboard and navigate to Marketing & loyalty > Marketing > Vouchers.
