Having trouble with your Square Online site?
Since January of this year my Square Online site has been dysfunctional due to a bug that is impacting the site to display categories properly. This has been acknowledged by the Square engineering team, though their response to correcting this problem has yet to be seen on my end.
I have to hide my shop to protect customers from confusion and protect me from embarrassment. I have lost revenue with no real end in sight as to when I'll be able to reopen my online site. The Square team while understanding offers no explanation or temporary solution to support my business and I have lost faith in their ability to fix their own problems.
I am curious if any other member is or has experienced similar problems and treatment fro Square?

I am not familiar with the bug you are describing. Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look, and get a better understanding of what you mean by "impacting the site to display categories correctly"?
