The title of this thread has been edited from the original: No Shipping Option on Create Order Menu.
There is no shipping option in the create order screen. I am set to Shop All, all my items are set to shipping, I have connected my carriers. I have done all the things. Even customer service doesn't know why it wont show shipping? My store is published but not taking orders yet. I want to have a practice order come through before I accept real customers. I need to be able to print shipping labels. My Buy Shipping Labels button is also greyed out when I try a and process and order. I am pulling my hair out lol PLEASE HELP!

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to create test orders for your online site without enabling the ability to order for all site visitors. This is why you’re currently unable to place an order, as online order acceptance is currently disabled.
What you could do instead, is place a test order using one of your currently Hidden items. Hidden items are not visible on your site, but can be purchased via a private link.
To generate a payment link for a hidden item:
- Sign in to your online Square Dashboard.
- Navigate to Items & Orders > Items.
- In your item library, click All Filters and select Filter by: Online visibility. Choose Hidden.
- Click on a hidden item to open the Edit Item page.
- Scroll down to Payment Links and toggle on Create a payment link or buy button.
- Copy the link and paste it into your browser.
- Complete your test order, and then refund the payment. Please note that refunds can take 4–14 business days to process.
When you're ready to start accepting orders:
- From your online Square Dashboard, navigate to Sales channels > Online > Settings > Checkout.
- Toggle on Accept online orders.
