I am about to launch my new website and I bought the Pro version so I can list 25 items to sell. I had a few more than 25 so i deleted 4 of those items to make it work so theyโd show up as available and people can order. however my older items that i deleted are still showing on my website page, so it thinks i have 29 items listed and wonโt let me sell ANY of my items. This is massively affecting my business as I had an entire launch party for my website!!! and now nobody can order anything because these deleted items are no where to be found on my editing end. i have tried going into the online items section, and it shows just the 25 i kept. but the website is showing 29 items. i donโt know how to delete them from my site so I can start making sales. My husband is going to be so mad at me that my site isnโt up and working and that I just convinced him to let me get the Pro plan so I can make sales and now i canโt. i feel like iโm going to have a panic attack trying to figure this out and of course it happens on the weekend when no one can get back to me.

Hi there, @girlypop! Welcome to the Seller Community. We are so happy to have you here.
I know it can be super panic inducing when things are not working when it comes to your business.
When you set up your items to sell, you have to choose a fulfillment method like shipping, pick up, or local delivery. After choosing the fulfillment method, you need to make sure you set up the settings for the methods you have chosen. It looks like your items are set for shipping and pick up.
To set up shipping follow these steps:
1.) Make sure to set up shipping labels
You can Set up shipping carriers with Shippo or Set up custom shipping boxes to accurately estimate shipping costs when printing shipping labels.
2.) Set up shipping locations
โShip Fromโ addresses are where your shipments originate from and are used for tax calculation during checkout for customers. To manage fulfillment locations, visit Account & Settings > Business information > Locations from your Square Dashboard.
3.) Connect shipping carriers
Square partners with shipping carriers like FedEx and UPS โ services responsible for delivering orders to customers. With Real Time Shipping in Square Online, you can connect your account to FedEx or UPS to fulfill your orders. Learn how to Set up shipping carriers with Shippo.
4.) Create shipping rate profiles
You can Create and manage shipping rate profiles with Square that can be applied to orders based on the customerโs location.
To set up pick up, follow these steps:
1.) Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery.
2.) Click Set up location.
3.) Configure the relevant pickup settings, then click Continue.
Once you make sure you have your fulfillment method settings correct, check your site to see if the items are showing as available.
I hope this helps!
