Why have so many useful features been removed from creating an online Coupon?
1) The "applies to: category" feature does not work properly any more. I used to be able to discount all items from whatever categories I chose. Now, customers only receive a discount on the most expensive item in the cart from those categories. This makes the feature completely useless.
2) I used to be able to offer a Fixed Discount based off of how much the customer has spent. For example, save $5 on purchases of $20 or more. This option has also been removed.
3) Lastly, you cannot edit Coupons anymore, or even view what categories you have selected for them. This makes double checking if things are correct impossible.
These issues have caused a major sale week of mine to go haywire. Things worked great. Why on earth would Square remove such useful features. Seriously considering moving to Shopify.
