Balance Screen not displaying

Is anyone else having an issue with the Balance Screen not displaying?

 

Need to transfer my daily funds, it's not internet related as I can access everything else and take payments.

The balance option is not showing, they have said there is an issue and hope to get it resolved 

cant withdraw funds...

I've merged your post with this thread - we did have a display issue a few days ago, it was quickly fixed, your balance display should be good now 👍

I was able to confirm that we had a display issue here yesterday - it didn't impact actual account balances and has now been fixed.

@Seamus My balance screen is not showing any funds even though customers have paid their invoices. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, on the day where I need to pay my bills.

Could you please check if you can find a record of these invoice payments on your Transaction history page?
 

If you do find them, it's possible that your Square Account is currently under review. To address this as soon as possible, we recommend reaching out to our Support Team when they return to the office at 9 am on Monday. You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time).

Hi Laurie, the payments are in the transactions history, but why would you restrict my access to my account on a Friday afternoon when I have bills to pay for my workshop that I do at the end of every week, to where I'm unable to withdraw until you're open again on Monday?? You've no idea how inconvenient this has made my situation. It's ridiculous.

We can fully appreciate your frustration here, @LocalAutoCare, which is why most reviews will only take up to two business days to complete. During these periods you will still be able to process card payments as normal. Ultimately, we want to ensure you're back up and running as quickly as possible. 

From what we can see of your Square Account, it looks like your transfers have since resumed with the most recent transfer being sent earlier this morning.

We're hoping this is now resolved for you but if anything else comes up, please let us know.
