Is there a way to make customer feedback public yet?? I know this has been a request for at least 8 yrs now according to prior posts.

If you are using Square Online, you do have the option to set up Customer Reviews. You can find out more information about how to do this and what this will look like here. If this isn't what you are looking for, please provide more information about what you're hoping to have, and I can point you in the right direction.
