COUPON CODE NOT WORKING

I cannot get the coupon code to load in the order via the link. When the link is used, it says "coupon code ...... has been applied to your order" but when you get to the end, it does not show where the coupon has been applied and still shows the full price.

Can you send a screenshot of how the coupon code is setup in the backend?
