Automated Emails

I'm an esthetician (beauty industry).  What is the best way to create an automated EMAIL for every client visit thank you, drive back within 60 days, drive back within 120 days, etc?  I've found automated campaigns don't hit the timeline I need, or it just gets sent to new clients after their first visit.  I don't want to manually send emails every day or have to track when to send a drive-back visit.
