If you're talking about approval for a Square Loan, your credit score doesn't factor into the usual approval process. Mostly, the loan department will look at how strong your sales are, how few chargebacks you have, and various other things associated with your account. If you decide to link external bank accounts to increase loan offers, other variables come into play, and I wouldn't be surprised if one of those variables would be a credit check. I'm not entirely certain of this though: the loan offer process is quite hidden from public view.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Ju2016!
Thank you for your post!
Square Financial Services may perform a soft credit check for the purposes of evaluating your business for future credit offers. Please note, this is a soft credit check so your credit score won’t be affected.
If we are unable to pull your credit, you’ll receive an offer solely based on your Square processing. Credit freezes and/or credit monitoring services may prevent us from being able to pull your credit score and we are only able to pull your credit once for an application. Regardless, your credit score will not be impacted, and we will never use it to deny or decrease a loan offer.
Please visit our Support Center for additional information.
