Logo not printing on Estimates - Customer support has no idea why

My logo isn't printing on my Estimates. Instead I get the generic Square logo. I've just had a 20 minute chat session with customer support. The rep had no knowledge on tech support and claimed a manager was unavailable. Did not know the difference between invoice, estimate or receipt. At one point asked if the issue was related to a sales report.

Hey! I hear your frustration. Is the logo showing ok in Settings > Customization area of Invoices?

Hi!

 

Yes, it looks fine and prints properly on invoices. When I try to print a pdf of an estimate - I get the generic square logo.
