Square Classes Glitch?

On two occasions now, people signing up for a class online have not been able to sign up more than one person per credit card.  That's a big problem for us, since people like to attend our classes with friends and family members.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a setting that I need to tweak or is this a glitch?

I just need to follow up with this, as I think it is astounding.  I just got off the phone with customer service about this and they confirmed that, no, you can't use one credit card to sign up your two kids to attend a class together.  You need to use a different credit card to sign up the second person.  If you have four family members attending a class together, well you're just out of luck unless you have four different credit cards.  We have fun classes for families and encourage them to attend together.  It appears this product won't work for our business.  They submitted to add it as a "feature" (to sign up two people together without using different cards), but can't say whether it will be resolved, and if they choose to do so, when.  Is there another way to manage this within square or am I just out of luck and need to find a functioning product?
