Problems seeing appointments

After I changed my address to my new location on the Square, it won’t let me see my appointments for booking my clients anymore and I don’t know how to fix that. Does anybody have experience with this?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having here, @SherriDean13!

This definitely sounds like a strange issue, but it’s hard to determine what’s happening without taking a look at your account with you.

To clarify, when you updated your address to your new location:

  • Did you update your physical address on an existing location in Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations?
  • Or did you recently create a new location?


Would you mind sending through a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your Dashboard/Appointments App when you try to view your Calendar?
