I was considering moving from Fresha to Square Appointments and I've spent the last 2 weeks transferring staff and services over, but I'm finding that thread after thread of critical features like couple booking (group bookings), modifiers, and more that are not implemented. Its not possible to run a massage spa business without these, so while I would love to come onboard and move all my locations across I think at this stage I cannot. Which makes me wonder if Square Appointments is no longer being worked on by Square?

@Joe32 We use Square Appointments, and it is great at integrating our retail and services sides of our business.
There are limitations to the system, as you mentioned. Most can be overcome with workarounds.
As more users in the Community express their use cases for features, the more likely it will be worked on by product teams.
Let me know what challenges you face, and together we can come up with some workarounds.
