Clients are not able to book multiple services ("No availability within the next 30 days.")

Hello,

 

When a client selects one hair service to book, the dates/times show up on the calendar. However, if they select two or more hair services to book, no dates are shown on the calendar. It states "No availability within the next 30 days." 

 

How can I correct this? I've checked all settings and even tried setting up modifiers. I've searched through some of the threads on here and still haven't found anything to solve my issue. I've played around with the service durations for the variations. I've checked that the services are assigned to a team member as well as checked the staff hours. Nothing has worked.

 

The second service they are adding is really an add on, but I set it up as a service because I don't think add-ons is a feature available within square booking yet. Please Help!

If anyone else is experiencing this issue, I spoke with support over the phone and my issue was resolved. It was a very simple issue in which I had the times for my recurrent schedule setup wrong. If your business opens at 6am and close at 3pm, just make sure you set the time as such. Keep it simple. I had multiple times for each day, which was wrong.

Hopefully this is something that Square incorporates this year as many sellers like yourself would benefit from this. Im going to tag @Bronze_Palms  and maybe she can explain to your her workaround for this situation.

Thank you so much! I appreciate any help or advice anyone can give.

 

I wonder if it is because I am using square website. Someone in my area also uses square booking for their hair appointments, but when you click on her link (book.squareup.com), it takes you directly to her booking site instead of a square website and you can book multiple services with her...she doesn't have any problems.
