I'm using the online ordering single page from square for my restaurant
The message "store not accepting payment keeps show up" and customers can't add the items to cart.
The button "accepting order" in the checkout section surely has been turned on. All item's fulfilment options are ticked and the message still shows.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your site!
When you head to Settings > Checkout in your Square Online dashboard, is Accept online orders toggled on, and can you see that Square is connected as a payment gateway?
Also let us know if you've created shipping or pick up / delivery settings under Fulfillment. If these settings are already turned on, I'd recommend reaching out to our CS team for help, as they'll be able to look into your account, and settings further. Unfortunately, we can't look into this via this forum.
