Problem with upload of my business registration documents

I have been asked for more information about my business for added security.

It takes me to a page where I enter business name, address and ABN number etc, then it asks me to upload my business registration document and gives accepted file types and size limit. I have tried attached a file and upload it but it doesn't progress; it looks like it is still trying to upload. Can anyone help?
