Online inventory not displaying?

Hullo.

 

I have created a category called Apparel, and I have one item in there. This item has 13 options, of sizes.

 

I have successfully added the price, and then updated the stock levels using the Online dashboad.

 

This is displaying in the square app, but not in the online. I have set the visibility to "visible".

Help!

Hey @kPev,

 

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Online Store items!

 

The other key thing to check here is whether you have a fulfilment method assigned to the item - you'd need at least one for the item to appear as available to sell online. You can do this via the Square Online overview by going into an item and scroll down to Fulfillment:

Hi @Seamus,

 

I have the option "pickup" selected, with a 1-hour prep time. 

 

OK so ... 

 

The step "set up fullfillment" was the key. I didn't get to that step.

It's now working, thanks for the prompt ...
